Exchange & Return

Please read for our exchange and return policy. 

EXCHANGE POLICY
All goods sold can be exchanged within 28 days after the order was sent out. The merchandise must be returned unworn and in its original condition. The customer can choose to exchange for any item of equal value or top up for a higher value item. No refund will be made for exchanging to a lower value item.
 
For exchange via mailing, please email us at cs@nomadwatchworksmy.com on the exchange procedure. Kindly note that the returned merchandise will be sent back to our address (located in Johor, Malaysia) at the customer cost, and the new package will also be subjected to a shipping fee of RM25 (for express shipping).

Please note that we do not accept exchange for custom watch straps and other bespoke products. It is essential to verify the accuracy of the information provided when placing your order, as these items are crafted according to your specifications. If you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to contact us before finalizing your purchase.

REFUND POLICY
All goods sold are strictly non- refundable except in the event of defective merchandise.  In the event a customer received a defective merchandise, the merchandise must be returned unworn and in its original condition. Exchanging for a new set must be done within 28 days after the order was sent out. In the event that the defective merchandise is out of stock, the customer can choose to exchange for any item of equal value or opt for store credit. 

Nomad Watch Works is a general watch strap company that does not represent any watch brand and maker. By placing an order via our website, we reserve the right to assume the customer's awareness of the suitability of his/her purchase. We will not provide refund for any damage of straps arising from the use of strap on unsuitable watch models. Please consult us beforehand if you have reservation on whether our strap is suitable for your watch model.

Nomad Watch Works will not provide any exchange/returns/refunds/credit codes should you purchase from any third party. Order number has to be provided for the exchanging of defective merchandise. No exchange will be made in the event that no valid order number is provided. In the event for return packages to Nomad Watch Works for an exchange of defective items, Nomad Watch Works will refund for the cost of postage only.
